Return Policy

Items can be exchanged or refunded with a receipt or invoice within 30 days of receiving your purchase except shipping and handling cost that was paid out to a shipping carrier or third party supplier. An item must be returned in the original manufacturer's packaging, so we recommend you keep your packaging for at least the first 30 days after purchase

Order Placed

Your order begins processing immediately after you click Place Order. During processing time it may be possible to cancel your order, but once the shipping process is in progress, it cannot be canceled. If you have changed your mind about the order and it is too late to cancel, you can return any unwanted items in accordance with the returns policy. If you placed your order using a Credit Card or PayPal, we will issue a credit to your account, which should post within 10 business days

All merchandise sold and shipped by Shapers Image Company may be returned by mail to: Shapers Image Co. 13520 SW 152 St. PO Box 770066 Miami, FL. 33177 within 30 days of receiving the item/s.

To ensure that your return merchandise is processed correctly, please follow these packing instructions:

1. Package the item securely.
2. Include the packing slip, all original packaging and all accessories.
3. Tape the package properly.
4. Follow the return instructions given (if any) to you by the customer service associate.

When Shapers Image Company receives the original item we will process your return request. If you are not requesting a replacement item, you will be credited for the applicable price and tax less any adjustments already processed. If there was an error on our part related to your order, we will issue a credit for your order and any applicable shipping.
